CHDINA.Shaanxi Province 1995. Qiang Yongshon, 53 years old, is an Abbot of the Shaanxi Province's 'Francisco Monastery'. There are 12 Fathers in this monastery, all of them are "underground Catholics" and do not belong to the Official registered Church authorised by the Government.Father Qiang Yongshon looks after nearly 600 Cathlic believers in a dozen villages in the mountains.
